LET ME SAY i know that certian monitors CAP the fps a limit to how many frames you see but this monitor i am using is a replacement monitor while my gaming one is being fixed, and for some reason it has caused my PC huge problems games that i can run at ultra i can only run on low settings unless i want to be running it at 5fps how can that be possible?
